My son is cooking!

So we are experimenting with having our oldest son cook once a week. He decide to start with soup (a very forgiving medium!) and choose Lentil Barley. To round out the meal he will make Ceasar Salad and serve warm Ciabatta.
I did the shopping this morning, and closely supervised the chopping. But I am letting him take the lead (although tentatively) and we will see what happens!...
