This is a great analysis of a story that is blowing up right now … I like the way that there is this oppressions cluster with Brentwood-Feminism-Tamil-Britain-Youth it isn’t explored by Hirschberg and in regards to the “truffle fries” Hirschberg must have some sort of classist/symbolic hang up because she mentions them in her profile of Megan Fox too http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/15/magazine/15Fox-t.html
